The classic Michael Douglas film, where he gets very, very upset about stuff. Michael checked in to alcohol rehab in 1992, and hasn’t been back. Perhaps one of the reasons his acting was so brilliant in this movie was because he drew on some of the recent turmoil in his life.
When a couple with trouble in their marriage try to solve it by adopting a troubled orphan, it’s bad news. When the orphan turns out be a blood-thirsty lunatic, things go south even faster.
Brad Pitt plays a pretty nasty guy in this intentionally misspelled, edgy war flick.
It will be interesting to see what a war movie made by Quentin Tarantino looks like. Expect this one to be a wee bit on the gruesome side.
